Position Overview

As a Business Development Manager for GPS, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities within the industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and storage sectors. You will also play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with key industry players, including property managers, property owners, and real estate firms like JLL, CBRE and many others.

 

Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients in the industrial and commercial sectors.
    • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to target end users.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, property owners, and real estate professionals.
    • Collaborate with our internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Close deals and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth.

 

Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in business development, specifically in the industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and storage markets.
    • Strong network and existing relationships within the target industries.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
