About Us:

At GPS Floors, we’re leaders in providing comprehensive flooring solutions, including epoxy coatings, concrete repair, LVT flooring, carpet tiles, ceramic, and more. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a Warehouse & Equipment Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, delivery of materials, and maintenance of our specialty flooring preparation and grinding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage warehouse operations, ensuring materials are stocked, organized, and inventoried accurately.
  • Handle the delivery of materials to job sites, requiring occasional travel.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on specialty concrete floor preparation and grinding equipment.
  • Learn and master the repair & maintenance of specific equipment used by the company.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times in the warehouse and on the job site during delivery and maintenance/repair calls.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and adapt to new technologies or equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience, with a willingness to learn and master new equipment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for material deliveries and mechanical repair & maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License; CDL is a plus.
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical maintenance is a plus.
