Dwayne Lewis (CEO and Owner) GPS fearless leader, with over 30 years in the substrate business. Dwayne sold his ownership in a premier commercial flooring company, Flooring Solutions, after successfully growing the Flooring Solutions business unit Sub Floor Solutions to over $10M. Dwayne subsequently created NST and the transformation into the current GPS organization. Dwayne is an industry leader and has a unique skill set that was developed through his early history and adoption of early mover concrete innovations.

With the uncanny ability to identify the next generation of how things are changing and the vision to be the first mover will always ensure GPS is in the most competitive position.

David is positioned to take on the Presidency role as part of the GPS succession planning. Currently he heads the south portion of the business. David is integral to the senior executive team, where he is performing the role of project procurement within the south.

Andre is both a Chartered Accountant and MBA. He has specialized in the commercial flooring industry. Andre serves as the CFO and corporate advisor and has been instrumental in ensuring the right mix of growth and risk management.

Also referred to as the GPS FTC (Flight Traffic Controller), Raine coordinates the resources required work. He heads the day-to-day profitability management as well as the revenue forecasting system.

Mike is a seasoned veteran in anything to do with concrete from being a manufactures product advisor to self-performing endless projects. Mike is the guy you want on your project.

The Mike Fleming reputation has created significant benefit with customers doing business with GPS simply because of Mike.

He runs the GPS Northern region, where he has the perfect blend of executive and project procurement.

Mike has been targeted to be one of the key executives within the GPS organization. In his short time in the driver seat, Mike has already proven his capabilities and the value he brings.

Now the VP of Safety, Shane leads the critical requirement of how we do what we do without harm.
